I work at the intersection of college access, career readiness, and workforce development, helping organizations design pathways that do not stop at participation, but lead to real outcomes.
In addition to systems-level work, I actively coach undergraduates across multiple universities, which keeps my perspective practical, current, and grounded in what early talent actually experiences.
Too often, programs focus on engagement without a clear connection to what comes next. My work focuses on closing that gap.
